A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge of the service total, while no-shows are subject to a 100% service charge.
Appointments must be confirmed with a credit card within 48 hours of booking, otherwise they will be cancelled. The credit card on file will not be charged unless a cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the appointment or in the case of a no-show. Cancellations made outside of our standard business hours will be considered received at the start of the next business day.
Gift card purchases are valid toward select products and services only, and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Salt Day Spa maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any form of abuse, harassment, violence, or inappropriate behaviour within the spa or over the phone.
